We focus exclusively upon permanent roles. We can access over 2 million qualified and experienced teachers with a deep desire for a long term career in Early Childhood Education in Australia.

We target and pre-qualify potential recruits with above average competencies, excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood teaching. Our talent pool is drawn from many overseas countries and Australia.

Dr John Lowry

Co-Founder, Director Commercial Solutions & Relationships

John’s had three lengthy careers across public accounting, university teaching and research, and corporate economics. His work has always been to derive and explain evidenced based solutions to complex problems. He has a PhD in Economics and substantial international life experience having worked and lived in Asia and in the Pacific regions, and travelled extensively in Asia, East Africa, and Europe.
John is a passionate disruptor of unquestioned assumptions and weak arguments. His solutions involve realignments of resources including human, technological and relational – wins all round – not wins for some, losses for others. This passion for carefully evidenced systemic changes is the basis for John’s creation of new solutions to reduce the Early Childhood staffing crisis.

John’s personal values and interests include social justice, mentoring others, renewable energy, sports, and his two puppies.

Sharon Carr

Co-Founder, Director Recruitment & Business Development

Sharon commenced her consulting career in 1988 and has held senior management positions within the industry in London and Australia.

She has deep experience in Human Resource and Business Consulting. Sharon is passionate about helping organisations to reach their optimum potential by developing creative people strategies which benefit both the organisations and the individuals within them.

Sharon has the ability to quickly understand complex business issues, problems, opportunities and objectives. She can develop, articulate and implement strategic, creative and practical solutions which deliver  tangible business results that often exceed her client’s expectations.

Her expertise includes executive search and selection, permanent recruitment, coaching and mentoring, business development, HR strategy and consulting. She is often described as fearless, honest, trustworthy, strategic and insightful.
