At Early Learning Staff Solution (ELSS) we take privacy seriously and incorporate it into the ways that we work. ELSS strive to protect the privacy of your personal information (PI). PI is information about you that identifies you.

What information do we collect

ELSS store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser). 

We use this information for a variety of purposes, including to customise and improve your experience of our services, to analyse, develop and test our services and to make business decisions.

Examples of personal information we collect include work experience, qualifications, opinions about your work or business performance, names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, career record, and business details.

The main types of personal information we may collect include:

  2. identification details (such as date of birth) 
  3. your organisation and position
  4. records of our communications and dealings with you, such as telephone, email, SMS, webchat and other online and in-person communications. 

Who we share your data with

We will use your PI only for the primary purpose of assessing and offering you for employment in the Early Learning industry in Australia, and for secondary purposes related to the primary purpose (eg to providers of Immigration or Education services). We will collect PI on your country of residence and where you obtained your qualifications, not as a basis for discrimination, but for legitimate purposes related to employment (such as assessing relocation costs and additional steps to gain Australian registrations). We often need to disclose your information to employers, referees, our service providers (eg background check agencies, IT service providers), education providers, registration bodies, and government agencies).

What rights you have over your data

ELSS will take reasonable actions to protect the privacy of your PI. You may access copies of your PI as recorded in our systems with certain exceptions (eg confidential referees reports); a reasonable charge may be imposed to cover the costs of making that information available to you.
